LitsAI Technologies provides custom software development services. All work is governed by individual engagement agreements that specify scope, timeline, and deliverables.

2. Ownership

Upon full payment, clients receive full ownership of all custom code developed specifically for their project. This does not include third-party libraries, frameworks, or tools used in development.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules are defined in individual engagement agreements. Typically, projects require a deposit before work begins, with remaining payments tied to milestone completion.

4. Warranties

We deliver production-ready code that meets agreed specifications. Post-launch support periods are defined in engagement agreements. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes or results.

5. Limitation of Liability

LitsAI Technologies' liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. Existing engagement agreements remain governed by the terms in effect when signed.
